What an amazing day for us to get to know each other here on the Island. Thanks to everyone who came out for the Run (43 Runners!) and the over 100 neighbors who joined us at the Church of the Resurrection for an afternoon of games, food, and "neighbor spending time with neighbor."
Thanks to all the volunteers whose hard work made the day run so smoothly. Special thanks Jessica Sharkey, the Race Chair, and to Patty Pescrille-Brockmeyer, the Picnic Chair.
Community Day Picnic

5K Run Walk
"Thank you to our runners and walkers who helped to make the 1st Annual Rumsey Island Resident Association 5K a big success! A special thanks to the Joppatowne Recreation Council for sponsoring this race, Mariner Point Park for hosting the event, Artcraft Promotional Concepts for creating the t-shirts, Samurai Fitness for participating as a 19 member team, Redner's Market for providing refreshments, and all those who donated their time to provide volunteer support on race day.
